The instructions and requirements for delivery are listed on the first page of the form. This is a 7 day notice informing the tenant(s) of a 7 day time limit to pay rent or vacate the property.  If, after 7 days have passed, and the tenant(s) have not paid rent or vacated, the landlord may submit to the court a copy of the DC100a that was delivered, as well as four copies each of the complaint form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc102a.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc102a.pdf\">DC102a<\/a>) and the court summons (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/4ab4e3\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc104_new.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/4ab4e3\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc104_new.pdf\">DC104<\/a>). This is a 7 day notice informing the tenant(s) of a 7 day time limit to remedy the hazard or damage, or vacate the property.  If, after 7 days have passed, and the tenant(s) have not remedied or vacated, the landlord may submit to the court a copy of the DC100b that was delivered, as well as four copies each of the complaint form (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/4aa217\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc102b_new.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc102a.pdf\">DC102b<\/a>) and the court summons (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/4ab4e3\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc104_new.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/4ab4e3\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc104_new.pdf\">DC104<\/a>). The landlord must also submit four copies of the lease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Illegal Drug Activity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing a landlord must do is file a formal police report alleging illegal drug activity on the premises.  The landlord must then deliver to the tenant(s) form <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc100e.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc100b.pdf\">DC100e<\/a>. The instructions and requirements for delivery are listed on the first page of the form. This is a 24 hour notice informing the tenant(s) of a 24 hour time limit to vacate the property. If, after 24 hours have passed, and the tenant(s) have not vacated, the landlord may submit to the court a complaint and summons. Check with the county court clerk for the forms pertaining to Illegal Drug Activity, as they are not found online at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lease Violations, Hold Overs, All Other Evictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing a landlord must do is send to the tenant(s) form <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc100c.pdf\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.courts.michigan.gov\/siteassets\/forms\/scao-approved\/dc100a.pdf\">DC100c<\/a>.
